Spoken English: It is often found that students make common errors while speaking English . The tend to form sentences in such a manner that the influence of the mother tongue is very much dominant. The students should be trained in such a manner that they develop certain skills like:
1. Formation of correct sentence
2. Following the word order
3. Correct pronunciation
The teacher should identify the common errors and try to reinforce the correct sentence formation. This can be done through practice only Hindi classes students should be asked to speak only in English. Writing a new word on the black board everyday can also help to enrich the vocabulary.

Zero failure in English: Students of class X always find the Subject English difficult. Since there are no practice work for English in Class X, the students have only one option i.e., to be thorough with the basic topic like, basic grammar rules, writing format and the contents of literature section.
To produce Zero failure result following strategies can be implemented.
1) Give simple format for Notices, Messages writing etc.,
2) Preparing frequently asked questions.
3) MCQ questions for reinforcement from tutor vista.
4) Grammar software like G3D for self assessment.
5) Prepare error analysis sheet for a continuous and comprehensive evaluation.
The implementation of the above should be effective in such a manner that no child is left behind.
